The feedback survey for the registration fee increase opened on 11 December 2024 and closed on 7 February 2025.
The survey was emailed to 78,458 registrants and partners in December. It was also included in the January and December newsletters, which were sent to 73,698 and 73,792 registrants respectively. We received 2,230 responses which were anonymous.
