Response
I refer to your request for information (FOI 24-25/63)dated 23 October 2024 for records related to an extract of an email sent to you on 16 January 2023 which we have handled under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA).
You asked for “any information held by GTCS which would confirm that a fairness issue actually existed that needed to be addressed (e.g. documents, emails etc” as well as any records which “would explain what the fairness issue was (e.g. documents, emails etc”.
Please note that we have conducted a search and we do not hold a record relating to the “fairness issue” referenced in the email dated 16 January 2023. I have therefore applied section 17(1)(b) of FOISA to this response as we do not hold this information.
