Contract data for services around facilities management specifically around office and building cleaning, lift service and maintenance, catering services, general waste service contract and laundry services.

I refer to your request for information dated 03 May 2024 (FOI 24-25 / 06) in which you submitted various queries regarding the facilities management contracts which GTCS has, specifically, around office and building cleaning, lift, food, waste and laundry services.

I can confirm that GTCS does not have a continuing service contract for food or laundry services and have therefore applied section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA) as information is not held with respect to these services.

Lift service and maintenance: Caledonian Lift Services

General waste: NWH Group Limited

The total annual spend for each contract per year.

Office and building cleaning: £14,161.92

Office and building cleaning: Regular cleaning of the office premises.

Lift service and maintenance: Regular servicing and maintenance of the passenger as well as the disabled and goods lift.

Lift service and maintenance 01 February 2023 – 31 January 2026.

General waste: 01 May 2024 – 30 April 2025. A one year rolling contract unless cancelled.

The contact details of the person within the organisation responsible for each software contract including name, job title, email and contact number.

Please note that disclosing this information would amount to a disclosure of the personal information of the employees in breach of section 38(1)(b) of FOISA. As such, we are unable to provide you with the names, job titles, email addresses and contact numbers of the person within GTCS responsible for these contracts.
