Please could you give me any and all information that you can about [full name redacted]? Most specifically what schools did he teach at before he joined [school name redacted].

I refer to your request for information dated 19 June 2024 (FOI 24 - 25/11) in which you asked for “any and all information” regarding a named individual, specifically which schools they taught at prior to joining a specific school.

We have conducted a search for those schools which the named individual taught at prior to joining the school mentioned in your request. We have not located any records related to this specific query and have therefore applied section 17(1)(b) under FOISA as this information is not held.

We confirm that we do hold some information related to the named individual specifically in the form of newspaper articles. As this information is otherwise reasonably accessible to you by way of searching online newspaper archives, I have applied section 25(1) under FOISA.

Finally, for those records we do hold, and which are not otherwise available please note that sharing the personal data of a named individual under FOISA would breach data protection principles set out in data protection legislation. As such, we are unable to provide this information to you and it is exempt from disclosure under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA.
