Under FOISA, please could you send me copies of all outcomes of fitness teach cases that have been published on your website since 1st October 2016. Please provide exactly the information that was published on your website ensuring that no new information will enter the public domain. Should provision of this information be deemed too costly, please provide as much information as possible (chronologically with earlier dates preferred) starting from 1st October 2016.

I refer to your request for information (FOI 24-25/74) dated 29 November 2024 for "all outcomes of fitness teach cases that have been published on your website since 1st October 2016” which we have handled under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA).
I note this request is identical to the request in FOI 23-24/48 which was appealed to the Office of the Scottish Information Commissioner for a decision (202400729). Until such time as the Commissioner issues a decision in 202400729, we consider this request to be repeated. As a result, I have applied section 14(2) of FOISA to this request.
